Pastor Todd Klemme

Pastor Todd Klemme has served the Zion Free Lutheran Church for ten years plus (1990-1997 and 2022 to present day.   Todd was born and baptized at Little Falls, Minnesota in 1959.  After high school graduation he attended and graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota in December of 1981.

Todd met his bride to be (Miriam) at church camp in 1982 and was married the following year.   They have four adult children and three grandchildren.  Todd graduated from the Association of Free Lutheran Seminary and was ordained in 1986.  In 1990, Todd earned his MAR Degree at Liberty University.

Pastor Todd has served congregations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota and Illinois.  He represented the Lutheran View on (now TCT)Marion, Illinois TV Stations "Ask the Pastor."  Klemme has a "down home" style of preaching and has a passion for preaching and teaching the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Background

The Zion Free Lutheran Church (ZFLC) celebrated their 50th Anniversary in 2023 and has an active Bible Study groups, an active youth group, a WMF (Women's Missionary Fellowship), a Men's Bible Breakfast gathering, an active Sunday School and Confirmation Class, Summer VBS (Vacation Bible School) all with the goal of growing in Christ Jesus, and proclaiming Him!

The ZFLC worship services typically include our Praise and Worship music team and a "young people's message."  Communion services are once per month.   Law and Gospel messages are preached.  The ZFLC has handicap accessibility (elevator) and a parking lot next to the church.  The ZFLC has a family atmosphere and we invite you to come and worship with us!
